Summary
Something shifts, then. Inside of Euijoo. Around him. The entire world shifts, suddenly feeling so off-kilter that he feels slightly dizzy with it. Like it’s suddenly spinning on an axis that doesn’t exist.
No. This isn’t happening. This can’t be happening, because Euijoo has already seen that picture, 24 hours ago. He stared at it yesterday morning, while he was still fuzzy with sleep, feeling giddy over the slightly exposed skin. It’s not possible that he only just posted it, a mere two hours ago. Did he delete it, just to post it again? Maybe the engagement wasn’t as good as they had hoped, deciding to post it on a Saturday, instead?
Just as he’s about to click into the comments, to see if anyone is saying anything about the apparent repost, a notification comes through at the top of his screen.

Summary
It takes him until the end of the street to realize that something is very wrong, indeed.
Their group has never assumed themselves to be the most popular one around, but they’re not unknown, either. They have a strong fanbase in Japan and a high concentration of fans in this particular area, so walking around without a mask is practically inviting unwanted attention and crowding. Even with his mask pulled up, a few people still glance at Yudai, as if half-aware of who he is but unwilling to cross that line over a hunch.
Not a single person looks at Taki.
“What the fuck,” Yudai whispers.
or: something is happening to taki. yudai would do anything to keep him from going away, if only he knew how.
