“I missed this, you know?” Luca added. “I missed you.”Shu thanked the gods that he wasn’t facing him, or else he would be seeing a tomato rather than a person from the amount of blush the other was emitting. “I missed you too, big guy.” The brunette giggled and continued playing with his hair. “But for now, get some sleep. We can resume our reunion once you get your energy back.”
Luca wanted to nod, but was too tired to even lift his head the slightest. “Alright…” He yawned, adjusting himself to get into a more comfortable sleeping position, but never leaving his head out of Shu’s lap.
Once the shorter male felt the blond’s breathing relax, he leaned down to his ear, brushing the strands of hair away from his face. “Thank you for everything, Luca.” He whispered and pressed a soft kiss on the said person’s cheek. “I love you more than you think.”

Luca’s eyes stung, tears threatening to fall out as he just gripped tighter onto Shu. “I want to be with you too.” He mumbled, voice slightly breaking. “Until death and beyond.”
Shu let out a deep breath and laughed, pulling Luca closer, and watching as the leaves fell out of the trees. It was a moment they would never trade for anything. They would repeat it over and over again if given the chance to.
