Summary
Stripped of his powers and memory, the godlike superhero once known as Homelander has been erased. In his place is "John," a broken, docile man conditioned by a lifetime of manipulation to follow commands. Butcher uses this weakness to his advantage; instead of killing him, he sequesters the fallen hero in a remote safehouse upstate. But as time passes, a conflicted Butcher tends to his nemesis with a mix of venom and firm tenderness, and the directive of the mission shifts.

Summary
Butcher and Homelander try to function in each other's company while the latter recovers from their injuries.
Butcher initially thought that he'd only have to aid Homelander physically, so it comes as a suprise to him when he starts to help him in other ways.
Homelander’s at rock bottom, spending his days recovering and trying to adapt to his new life, he becomes uncertain of his identity.
Feelings arise between the two of them while everything begins to fall apart at HQ between two key members of The Boys.

Summary
Things didn’t work out at Vought tower that night.
Soldier Boy disappears without a trace.
Butcher can still taste the ash from the tower. Disgusting.
Things aren’t all bad though, Homelander doesn’t have any powers, Vought tower is in rubble, and from so on, taking care of business should be smooth sailing. Right? Right?!
Turns out the only luck that stroked Billy was when he had first ran into the brunette beauty Rebecca Saunders, and somehow got her to fall in his arms. That’s all the luck he remembers having.
Because having fucking regular-degular Homelander in his house isn’t what he’d call a good luck charm, especially since he’s not able to kill him.

“Is that everything?”
Homelander feels the next request sitting on the back of his tongue. Eyes darting away from Hughie’s face, his mouth moves to speak, terror rising from the pit of his stomach with each syllable.
“You have to keep visiting me,” he begs in a small voice, not daring see the disgust that likely paints his every feature.
