Summary
Nom doesn't know quite what their relationship is, and is not about to ask, but whatever it is, he and Scott have been having sweet, respectful encounters for their first times together. And it's great.
Nom's thoughts, however, would like to suggest a few options going forward.
Nom struggles with reconciling these options with his very sweet whatever-this-is. Scott has far fewer issues.

‘Reaching over blindly, he managed to grab something soft and warm from the bedside, immediately clutching it and hugging it tightly before even seeing what it was. It felt nice, familiar but also not at the same time, radiating this kind of warmth that Scott just wanted to absorb into himself and never let it go. Slowly, he mustered enough strength to push his eyelids up and see just was he was cuddling so close to himself.
