Summary
During the Third Blackfyre Rebellion, Serenya Blackfyre loses everything. Her father is taken captive, her husband is slain, and the war her family fought for ends in ruin. Captured by Prince Aerion Targaryen, Serenya is dragged to King's Landing in chains. There she finds herself in the den of a prince feared by his own people, a man who believes himself to be a dragon trapped in human flesh, destined to rule through fire and blood. Alone in a hostile court still scarred by rebellion, Serenya must fight to survive. With no one left to defend her, she is forced to rely on the only weapons she has left: her wit, her charm, and her determination to navigate the dangers of a foreign court. Yet the greatest danger may be the very prince who conquered her.

Summary
Myrelle approached and curtsied, and Aerion took her in fully this time. She was perhaps a year younger than him, maybe less. Her eyes were rich and bright, as if they were bark and sunshine and oak leaves all mixed together, the Oakheart sigil melded into a single, mesmerizing amalgam. Aerion got trapped in her gaze for a moment, trying to parse out all the colors he saw there.
He followed her movements carefully. She reminded him almost of a bird. A sparrow.
Around her, his thoughts were already building a cage.

Summary
Prince Valarr Targaryen, son of Baelor Targaryen, was carefully sculpted to be the perfect prince. But the death of his beloved wife, Elayne Redwyne, left a hollow space in his chest that duty could not fill. In the cold wake of his loss, he found warmth in the one place he should have feared to look: the tempting arms of Lady Lysara Loraqen.
Lysara is renowned for being clever, with a beauty that surpasses the muck of Westeros, and-most dangerously-the shackled wife of the volatile, Prince Aerion Targaryen.
What began as a whispered confidence in a dark corridor has spiraled into a feverish obsession. For Valarr, Lysara is no longer just comfort; she is a necessity. But for Aerion, possession is the only law. Known for a temper that burns hotter than wildfire, Aerion views his wife as his absolute domain. The one thing no one can claim ownership over, but himself.
In a court where every wall has ears, and every shadow has eyes, Valarr and Lysara play a lethal game of heated liaison. They dance recklessly on the edge of a blade, knowing that if Aerion were to suspect of their betrayal, the Dragonpit will run red with more than just old blood.
