But when the answer he gets is a yes, and he finds himself back in the world of the people he wronged, he has to find a way to show he's changed—but, as has always been the case for Aiden, trouble never seems to follow far behind him.
With an unlikely friend in a world full of enemies, Aiden has to prove his innocence after being accused of having a hand in an attack on BeaconTown while trying to make amends with the people he’s hurt. Some are more welcoming than he expects—others are not.
When he’s confronted by someone who’s an altered reflection of who he once was—a frenzied, broken young boy—he must make a choice: will he do to them what was done unto him, or will he carve out a new path?
