When Oswald and Ed break into the GCPD, they fail to take into account Barbara Gordon who, also having plans with the GCPD, shoots them with a strange ray gun she appropriated from Dr Strange’s lab during her last break out from Arkham, and runs away, with several important case files in hand.
Jim Gordon is about to chase after her, but the sight of Oswald and Ed stops him short, because before him is not the colourful criminals in their mid-thirties, but a pair of scared children of about ten years old.AKA: Oswald and Ed get hit with a de-aging ray and Jim Gordon has to take care of them until they can be fixed.
