Damian tilts his head back, a smug smirk on his lips. “What? Like it’s hard?”
“Is this his concussion talking?” Tim asks, eyebrow arched in both worry and surprise. “No way he fought against the Superman.”
“Of course I did. Jon was barely a match for him so we had to switch adversaries. “
“Who the fuck is Jon?”
Jasons’s question is ignored. “And besides, Jon was useless since he couldn’t hold the kryptonite, for obvious reasons I believe I won’t have to explain —”
“No, seriously, who the fuck is Jon?”
“Wasn’t that the turkey’s name?” Tim answers, narrowing his eyes at his little brother who throws them a glare in return.
"That's Jerry." Dick supplies from the side.
(or the one where the one time the three oldest batboys leave for a training mission it's the one time their newest babiest brother experiences his first alien invasion all on his own, along with his new babiest friend, and they all between worried, proud, and a little concerned with their brother's priorities.)

Summary
After inhaling her food before Bruce's even halfway through his vanilla milkshake, Stephanie seems to have sobered up a little. She's looking less green, and more like she's trying to develop x-ray vision and look into Bruce's soul.
Or maybe she's still drunk, because she very suddenly and very bluntly tells him, "I used to wish you were my dad," drowning her chips into a little pot of ketchup.
Bruce pauses. He slowly drops the chicken nugget he was about to put in his mouth — since now is probably not the time to complain about how the nuggets are a little dry today.
(Bruce Wayne is not Stephanie Brown's father, not at all.)

Summary
Damian huffs, sounding slightly annoyed again, but Jason's starting to think that it might just be his default tone of voice, "Yes, Todd. I have been going for about two months now. Thomas and I decided it was essential to our livelihoods."
There's a lot to unpack in that confession. Mostly though, Jason is rather horrified at all the emotions he's suddenly feeling and receiving. The last conversation he can remember having with Damian had been a few months ago where Red Hood had chucked the kid to the side before he could get shot, to which Robin told him never manhandle me like that again you neanderthal.
So this was a lot to take in at seven in the morning.
(Jason becomes a big brother and rebuilds some bridges, all in good time.)

"Father was hit by a magic user on patrol."
"Me," Little Bruce clarifies, stumbling to try and place the jug of orange juice on the island without spilling it all over himself, "I'm father."
It's worse than Duke could have ever assumed, but he kind of can't stop smiling, "His memories have regressed too?"
Damian sighs, "Yes. He's currently eight."
"Eight and a half," Bruce corrects petulantly, frowning at Damian, which is hilarious because Damian glares back with the exact same expression.
(Bruce is hit with a de-age spell, now its up to his three youngest kids to pick up the pieces.)

Summary
Tim can't believe what he's seeing. He knew it had been many hours since he'd slept, but really, having nightmare hallucinations about Bruce adopting another kid is a bit much.
When he finally finds his voice stuck at the back of his throat, realising this is nothing but an unfortunate reality, Tim smacks a hand over his face, "Bruce, no."
The man frowns, "It's Damian," he whispers in defence.
Tim feels his blood pressure skyrocket from that statement alone, "Like that's any better!"
(Damian gets hit with a de-age spell.)
