Summary
“Oh great King of the Faeries,” Shadow Milk begins to appease, bowing slightly towards the eternal figure in front of him. “May I ask for a wish to grant this little actor?”
The king considers him for a moment, eyes still irritatingly closed yet seeming to perceive. “Before I attempt to aid you in your wish, may I earn the name and purpose of the cookie that stands honorably before me?”
“I am Shadow Milk Cookie, the most beloved actor of the cookie world!” He says to make a good impression on the faerie so he can gain his wish and leave as quickly.
“And I wish to save you from the curse that has fallen upon you.”
Or; in a time where cookies are quick to befall to curses of their own making. A scheming actor attempts to fool the fates by tricking a lovesick king, promising to help the king in pursuing the Moonlight Faerie, when actuality is trying to manipulate the king into removing his own curse. Except there’s one thing he doesn't account for. Well, actually a LOT of things he doesn’t account for.

Summary
No matter what timeline or future he saw. It was always the same end.
Corruption.
In his visions, when he can make sense of them, it always has the same repeating images.
Beasts ravaging the land, jam and cookie crumbs scattered like ashes, forks destroying the already barren ground. And in the middle of it all, the five Virtues, Corrupted beyond repair.
The thought terrified him. Seeing his friends and him destroying Earthbread wasn’t what they were baked for at all. It just couldn’t be true.
Yet, he always saw the same thing. A warning for what’s to come, and he had to stop it.
The future has yet to arrive, and the Fount will do everything in his power to ensure that the future in his visions doesn’t come true.
or; The Fount of Knowledge knows that the Virtues are going to corrupt, and he personally ain’t letting that slide.

Summary
It doesn’t take long for the playwright to speak again, purposefully exposing her purpose of visiting.“The cookies of the Vanilla Kingdom are quite tragic, don’t you think? The rich squandering the poor, the strong standing on the weak. Oh it just makes my heart cry!,” the playwright woefully laments, “but oh the script we could write here! A tale of hope and revolution for the cookies of the Vanilla Kingdom to cling unto as we get through these heart wrenching times.”
“So? You expect me to do what? Garner the faith of these shameful citizens till they decide to overthrow their king?” Shadow Milk jokingly asks as he takes another sip of his mulberry wine, the juice beginning to muddle his mind to a comforting hum.
“Exactly!” The little devil says excitedly, and he nearly spits out his drink.
Or; The Pure Vanilla Kingdom is still recovering from a recent Civil War, and it isn’t going well.
Shadow Milk is one the greatest actors in the world, and he somehow finds himself leading a revolution that seeks to overthrow the royal family. Pure Vanilla Cookie happens to be the prince of said family.

Summary
No set fandoms in the genre. These are just fics that I have started but have made no move to finish updating yet. One day they’ll be finished. But they’re all on the back burner so now they’re here.
If I ever do finish one of these fics, I’ll remove it from this series, but this is a warning. These fics are still work in progresses and have chances of not being finished. Read them if ya want, but they will take a LONG time to finish unless I find motive.

Summary
Noelle fell fast and hard for Susie. Embarrassingly so, really—while she can ace a math test or whip up a five-paragraph essay in short order, she’s incredibly out of her depth when it comes to romance. But after her strange dream in the library, she’s determined to give it her best shot.
Kris has been pining after Noelle for years, too shy to say anything. That’s probably why it stung so much when she started crushing so obviously on Susie. But even though Kris missed their shot, if they can get Susie and Noelle together, they’ll still be making Noelle happy in some way, right?
Susie’s never really had friends—not until Kris came along, that is. So when she accidentally learns that Kris likes Noelle, she’s determined to be the best wingmonster ever for her new friend and get Kris and Noelle together, no matter what it takes.
Or, three oblivious lovesick dorks chase each other in circles like idiots.

Summary
She showed up at Kris’s door with her hood up and her tail twitching, smelling like smoke that wasn’t hers. She had one of her mother’s old flannels tied around her waist, the sleeves long and dragging. Kris didn’t ask. Just stepped aside.
Toriel, from the kitchen, poked her head out and said only: “Shoes off, dear. I just mopped.”
Like Susie belonged there.
Like she wasn’t a guest anymore.
Kris gave her the couch and curled up on Chariel. Susie protested, at first—“It’s your damn house, dude,” she said, “I can sleep on the floor, I’ve done it before”—but Kris was already half-buried in blankets and completely silent, which meant the conversation was over.
At some point, when the house had gone completely quiet and the shadows settled, Susie whispered:
“Hey.”
Kris shifted their head to look at her.
The moonlight caught her hair, the jagged edge of her teeth. Her eyes were clearer than they ever were at school. No posturing. No sneer. Just Susie. Bare and real in a borrowed T-shirt, her knees pulled up, her voice a rasp.

Summary
The run of the mill life of Sans the skeleton saw to hot dogs, japes and jukes, the stench of firewood over whisky and the cozied embrace of a thick lined hoodie. Being the teacher on a chain in a school in another universe, horrifically hotdog free, and with meat padding his bones was a bit far from his expectations.
At least Sans kept the hoodie while he reigned in some Pomeranian.

Summary
Three brush strokes to the right. Two to the left. A hand smoothing over his forehead, sweeping his bangs aside.
Shadow Milk knows the pattern well. His hair is always brushed the same way, in movements that seem almost robotic in how perfectly they’ve mastered the repetition. The bristles of the brush always skim over his closed eyes with such care, nimbly avoiding anywhere they might prick or poke. It always ends with a few final touches, tucking any stray wisps back into place before the brush is set back down on the dresser before him.
Pure Vanilla’s hands smooth through Shadow Milk’s hair, coming to rest gently on his shoulders.
“There. Ready for the day?”
Shadow Milk does not answer.
Shadow Milk has not answered in a long, long time.

Summary
“Avery,” the urgent voice says again, a little breathless and… Pained, he thinks? “You— how long have you—” he swears profusely under his breath, trembling ever so slightly. “Avery, you need to wake up.”
Wake up? But he is awake. He blinks, not understanding, and the strange golden gladiator seems to pick up on that pretty quickly. He grips his shoulders tighter, enough where he might have bruises later but can’t really find the will to care about it.
He should be getting back to work. His work is not done. He can’t rest yet.
But he doesn’t even try to pull away, too entranced by the yellow eyes that never once look away from him. They seem… Different, somehow. Something about the body before him is… Familiar, even if he’s pretty sure he’s never met him before.
(Or Derek returns to the garden in the church to snap Avery out of his trance in person rather than leaving a sign. Their first official meeting goes a little differently.)
