And then, she cuts herself short. A new sensation blooms on Ichika’s thigh, halfway between her knee and waist. Honami’s hand, her smooth, well cared for fingers press into Ichika's skin, holding her tight.
Ichika stares at her and Honami seems to notice that something is off, but if her expression is anything to guess by, she doesn't know what. Still trying to figure it out.
“Ichika-chan? You okay? What's wrong?”
"Nothing!” Ichika exclaims. “Nothing at all!”

Saki's tears try to well up in her eyes. They don't. Continuing like her ploy was successful, she promptly falls into Honami's closed arms with a wide embrace, throwing her own arms around Honami's neck when it becomes clear that Honami wasn't ready for the sudden hug.
"Hona-chaaaaaan," Saki sobs inauthentically, more akin to whining than anything else, "Shiho-chan is queerbaiting me..."
The pen in Shiho's hand abruptly stops, digging a dent into the notebook as she presses down on it. "I'm what?"
Saki tilts her head towards Shiho, still latching onto Honami. "Don't tell me you don't know what queerbait is! It's when a queer relationship is seemingl—"
"I know what queerbait is, Saki," Shiho sighs. "But what part of 'no, we're not going to make out as a theatrical element during our set to hype up the audience' is queerbait, again?"
Saki has no shortage of ideas. Most are worse than others.
