    From the bag she pulled out a ribbon, on one end was a metal ring and running up the length of it were small colored beads each spaced slightly apart.

    Piper looked at the glistening beads with slight confusion. They were a range of sizes, organized smallest to largest and dangling on the smooth satin ribbon. “I have no idea what I’m looking at.” She said finally, feeling her cheeks heat up at Ada’s soft laugh.

    “Don’t you?
