Summary

"He might scream." Namjoon warns, and Jimin sighs, biting back his grumble and shaking his head.
"I'll take him out and get the data. We're running out of time."
He can hear the shuffle of Namjoon passing the mic to Jin to walk him through the data extraction as he wraps his hand around the doorknob again. In one swift motion, Jimin is diving forward in a roll, leaping to his feet -

Without halting the rapid dart or clicking of the mouse, Jeon Jungkook's left hand flies up and suddenly, Jimin is facing the barrel of a gun. He freezes, hands at his sides and eyes wide open in shock, breath catching in his throat, and through the camera he has nestled in his headset, Namjoon and Jin spot it and gasp, swearing lowly.
"No sudden movements, Jimin." Jin cautions, and in that moment Jungkook, who hasn't looked up once from the screen yet, glances up, and Jimin narrows his eyes at the big, shining eyes, the sheepish smile that dares cuteness, the apologetic mumble.
"Sorry, just one sec, I'm almost done."
Jimin stares, bewildered. "What?"or, Jimin's infiltration mission is going well until their target's son Jeon Jungkook throws a wrench in their plans; or does he?

Summary
Taehyung’s trembling grip on Jimin’s wrist is as tight as his horrified expression, as the press of his lips together when he shakes his head in warning. But Jimin can’t remain silent, even when his frightened whisper catches and breaks.
“They s-sold you?”
Jungkook just shakes beneath them, the faint rattle of his chains and the gleam of a tear streaking down his pale cheek before his breath shudders from his lungs roughly, and squeezing his eyes closed - he nods. -

“Beg.” Junghoon spits, and Namjoon grabs at Yoongi’s wrist where he clutches the phone, face contorted with rage and distress.
“Please.” Namjoon pleads, earnestly, without shame, instantly. “Please, I'm begging you."
"Suga?" Junghoon breathes mockingly, and Yoongi's nails bite into his palms until they sting, and he bites out.
"I'm begging you."
Junghoon hums, sounding insufferably amused. "Didn't sound sincere somehow."
Jin's head whips around at another terrible cry of pain torn from Jungkook over the line, and Yoongi grips the phone frantically, pulse rattling through his fingers.
"Please, please, I'm begging you." Yoongi breathes desperately, not caring that his voice cracks, that it wavers and breaks. "Don't hurt him, please. I'm sorry."
"Well." Junghoon breathes in relish, unbearably smug and malevolent. "That did sound genuine."
Yoongi's shoulders are just untensing slightly when Jungkook cries out again, a broken off sob.
"You - you said that sounded better!" Yoongi is panting, every muscle strung tight, and Junghoon just hums carelessly.
"It did. But he certainly is pretty when he cries."
