“I have an idea.”
Suguru perks up at the sound of Satoru’s voice, paling slightly when he takes in the expression on his face.
He has one of those looks, the one that tells Suguru the next words that will come out his mouth will either be absolutely brilliant, or the worst thing he’s ever heard.
Suguru gulps slightly, his palms suddenly feeling clammy. He wipes them on his thighs before letting his finger trace the rim of his glass. “What is it?”
“You can take me!” he beams, a magnificent smile spreading across his lips. “I’ll be your boyfriend!”
If Suguru could see his reflection right now, he would probably look as pale as Satoru.
A smoke signal, a flare gun going off, someone coming up to him and blatantly saying, ‘Hey, your best friend is about to say something really fucking crazy’, anything would have been nice to prepare Suguru for this.
“What?” Suguru croaks.
or; Satoru volunteers being Suguru's fake boyfriend and nothing can go wrong.

“Oh, he likes them tall,” Shoko starts, scanning Suguru up and down. Satoru elbows her back in the ribs. “—tall-er than him. With—”
Another shove from Satoru. “Light hair.”
Shoko looks as if she's about to burst out laughing. “And,” she looks at Satoru. “Pretty eyes.”
In the moments after, when Suguru looks to Satoru for confirmation, he does the math, comparing Satoru’s type to his own appearance. And, well. There’s no denying Suguru is a couple inches shorter than Satoru. That his hair is dark, and too brittle to dye. That his eyes, while attractive, would probably not be described as pretty.
“That’s your type, then?” Suguru asks, heart in his throat.

Summary
There is no clear moment, not really, but there is one that sticks out in his mind, when he knew with a sickening sort of thud inside him, a punch to the jaw in an anything goes bare-fist fight, no chance to hide his weak spots in the aftermath.
“No.” Suguru says, enunciating carefully, as though his lack of diction is the issue.
“But Suguru,” Satoru whines, heavy on the last syllable, and Suguru can feel Shoko shift beside him.
“Why do you say his name like that?” She snips before Satoru can continue with his impassioned plea or Suguru can try to intercede, cut him off. “Just say it normal, be normal.” She kicks out and misses Satoru, standing at the edge of the bed, and hits Suguru, who grunts in response. “Oops.”
Suguru waves it off.
“When is he ever normal?” He asks, rolling his eyes at her. Shoko snorts out a laugh, her leg resting over Suguru’s shin, a comforting warmth.
“So true.” Shoko responds, flicking open her phone.
“I’m literally right here.” Satoru practically shouts, tossing his sunglasses haphazardly onto Suguru’s bedside table, “terrible friendship, terrible friends,” and Suguru closes his eyes because he knows what is coming next, “Suguru,” Satoru whines again.

Summary
Gojo Satoru knew he made a grave mistake when he let Getou Suguru into his life, into his bed and eventually into his heart. Not that it was Suguru’s fault that he became Satoru’s one and only weakness.
Getou Suguru thought he knew fear in his life, but when he looked into those blue, bluest of eyes after six months, he felt his heart froze and broken into pieces like never before.
OR
After the infamous KFC-incident Satoru is kidnapped by a man wearing Suguru’s face and the jujutsu society can’t do anything but declare him dead after six months, radicalizing Suguru to the point of no return. He does unspeakable things in the name of getting his best friend back, but the real horror starts when he does.

Ten years had passed since he saw last saw Shim Su-ae but she's still in his dreams, always in the back of his mind. Almost forgotten but not quite. He was fine though. He was completely fine even if his heart leapt at the sound of her name because at least he didn't need to see her anymore. Or at least so he thought.

The world stops spinning; everything gets punched out of Suguru in one go—his words, the breath in his lungs. Satoru’s fingers thread into Suguru’s hair, a gentle pressure against his scalp, and god— he can’t keep doing this. Not when he has a date with a pretty girl to get to, not when today is a day meant to celebrate lovers and they are just— best friends.
Suguru witnesses Satoru get confessed to and assumes the worst.
