“Bakashi,” Obito greets loudly and pushes a dango stick into his hands without prompting. Not waiting for an answer he turns around to annoy their sensei about showing him a new jutsu.
Kakashi deliberately tries not to rip his own hair out and eats the sweet quietly and no there’s not a smile on his face!

“Kakashi,” Minato-sensei strains, expression caught between disappointment and how-did-you-even-do-that.
“What?” Kakashi asks, innocent. “I’m just training.” He’s sure Obito would be protesting that claim if Obito could move enough to. Fortunately, Obito can’t. “Obito’s helping me.”
Minato-sensei looks terribly doubtful of that, shifting his gaze between Kakashi and Obito. To make up for the fact Obito is currently a puddle on the ground, completely unable to move, Kakashi shifts to make himself look as innocent as possible. “Right,” Minato-sensei stretches out the word, “Make sure that”—he casts another disturbed glance at Obito—“whatever you did to him reverses without any side effects.”
“Of course, Minato-sensei. I wouldn’t leave one of my teammates compromised.”

Summary
As heir to the Hatake clan, Kakashi is no stranger to having omega slaves shoved in his face as the council begs him to carry on the line. Unfortunately for them, he's not interested, and they would do well to stop trying now, thank you. So he thinks nothing of it when his father asks him to attend another showing, and shares pleasantries that don't really mean anything.
But the omega at the far end of the line is rather strange, more than a little damaged, and might have caught his eye.
OR:
Kakashi purchases an omega on a whim, and gets more than he bargained for.
