She has gone countless nights turning in fits of nightmares or too afraid to accept sleep in the first place. For all that she has struggled, regardless of circumstance she has never rested as well as she does in Aleksander’s bed.

Summary

Performed without any real ceremony beyond the repeated words and a kiss she means to keep dry, but as he always does, Aleksander coaxes her open for him despite her better judgement. It takes all of ten minutes for Alina Starkov to disappear, Lady Alina Kirigan standing in her place. A fitting change it is to have a lie for a name to match her sham of a marriage. Aleksander stole the name and now he steals her too.
