Joker soundlessly prayed that Batman would collapse his windpipe as he grasped at the large hand and wheezed. Batman has many times wished the same thing for different reasons. Joker hoped this, not because he wanted to die, as it were, but because if Batman finally killed, that meant Joker would prevail.
He never wanted to win by being the one to murder Batman. That’s no way to triumph—a Batman-less life was not worth living. But if Batman finally let loose and punched a little bit harder and gripped a little bit tighter, Joker could win, and he would thank Batman for it when they were finally joined together in hell.

Summary
Kacchan slides a very familiar letter across the table to him and asks, “What the fuck is this?”
Izuku really feels like he’s about to explode.
Because that letter is possibly the culmination of the biggest feelings he’s ever had: love, and all of it for Kacchan.
Izuku wrote it at thirteen. When he knew that his best friend since diapers would never return the feelings, but Izuku felt like they were so heavy they needed to be shared.
He wrote the letter, poured his aching, crushing tween heart out onto two and a half pages of college ruled notebook paper, and addressed it in his best calligraphy. To: Kacchan. Izuku remembers his thirteen year old self debating before adding on a little explosion sticker.
Now, at seventeen, he’s debating the pros and cons of jumping out of the nearest window.
OR: Izuku writes Katsuki a love letter. 4 years later, Katsuki receives it. Izuku is still very much in love with him, and Katsuki is very much not.

On a Class A field trip, Izuku and Katsuki start accidentally cuddling each other in their sleep.
When they get back to school, they find that they can't get to sleep without the other. So Katsuki suggests that they start cuddling on purpose. After all, they need a good night's rest if they're going to be the best heroes. A little codependency never hurt anyone, right?

Would he let Katsuki spend hours feeling the bumps of his scars, memorizing the texture of his moles? Would he let him trace over his freckles without leaving another mark behind?
