El appeared in the doorway. She looked over at us, my hands still on Will, one on his face, one on his waist.
It was not the best way to find your boyfriend.
Looking at Will, his face flushed, eyes dilated, and slightly panting. I felt conflicted. I wanted to get up and apologize to El. Tell her it isn’t at all what it looks like.

Will is in love with Mike; he has been for as long as he can remember. Will’s sister, Jane, has been dating Mike for two years. It’s torture for Will to watch them together, but he just can’t seem to get rid of these pesky feelings.
Mike has been friends, best friends, with Will since kindergarten. He started dating Will’s sister two years ago when she asked him out. Mike cares about Jane; really, he does, but it’s never quite what he expected. He searches for something in each one of their kisses, but he comes up empty. He finds it finally when he kisses Will.Or a story about Mike and Will falling in love while in high school.

Mike snaps his head to Will, looking for a sign that he didn’t hear him right. Will just keeps looking at the ceiling, cheeks now bright red.
“O-ok…?” He asks.
Will nods, his chest heaving faster than before. “Ok.”
He pulls his eyebrows together. “Just- just to make sure, you’re saying ok to-”
“You wanna jerk off with me here.”
Mike’s eyes widen, and he quickly looks back up to the ceiling.
“Ok,” Will repeats.

It's the summer before their junior year of college, and it's just like any other. Except for the fact that Will is staying at the Wheelers', and Mike is starting to realize there are a lot of things he likes about having Will in his bed. Will's excuses of Mike just being "pent up" start to run out when Mike offers a solution to fix that.

For their senior year spring break, the Party sets sail on a 7-day cruise to celebrate the next chapter of their lives. Not much has changed since their last reunion, as long as you don’t count Mike and Will breaking up two years ago, which fractured the friend group permanently and made it so neither of them could stand to be within ten feet of each other.
