    Yume Tomoe joins Class 1-A, determined to show that she could be a great Hero, even with a "support" Quirk. Hothead Katsuki Bakugo dismisses her at first, but after seeing how hard she fights to protect those around her, even he begins to respect her drive. Not that he'd tell her that, of course. She believes in Heroes, but can she believe in her own strength?

    Peter's voice whittles down to a high pitched whistle, forgetting that he needs to breathe to continue creating more sound.

    After a few more agonizing seconds during which Peter weighs the possibilities that he just gave his mentor and the savior of the world a heart attack, Mr. Stark looks up at him, eyes suddenly wide.

    A beat passes.

    "What's your teacher's name again?"

    AKA, Ryland Grace and Tony Stark hooked up in college. This is fine, until 20 years later, Peter Parker gets involved. It's all downhill from there.

    As a broke 25 year old— death was not something on my agenda, not a scheduled one at least and frankly it’s not great for the already damaged psyche.

    Quirks also— are an actual fucking skill and not some little thing you can learn in a day with some effort and determination.

    In addition to being dropped into a country with no citizenship, everything I do is now illegal! Fucking great.

    A dream is not as great when it’s no longer a fantasy. When it’s real, visceral reality.

    Oh and how lovely, the first character I meet is the villain I’ve painfully obsessed over for ten years. That’s just GREAT. SUPER CONVENIENT. Let’s see how I fumble this.

    Set directly after the events of And the Stars Shine the Same -- Elrond’s two new wards both struggle to feel at home in Rivendell. The wounds from their slavery in King Frumgar’s court are still fresh, and the scars are deep -- and they’re not the only ones. Maglor is home at last, but each day he lives he is haunted by guilt and grief. Elrond is nothing if not patient, and he is certain that given enough time in Rivendell, all three will heal.

    Meanwhile, the twins set out to join Legolas and investigate the source of the mysterious Shadow which attacked Rivendell, but are held up in Rhovanion. In Greenwood, something evil festers beneath the trees. Only Lothlorien, protected by Nenya, seems to be safe...but for how long?

    Rhovanion stands on the brink of political catastrophe. Sickness spreads through the Misty Mountains, and to make matters worse...something is wrong with the children.
    A story about dysfunction and trauma, healing, the breaking of trust and of regaining it, and also the birth of the Kingdom of Rohan, redemption, and hope...if I can pull it off.

    After the Éothéod revolt against the Wainriders, the northern tribes seek to form strong alliances with their neighbors. Lord Frumgar tasks his son Fram to lead the delegation to Imladris. With him, he brings gold, fine horses, and two young thralls chosen by his father to be given to Lord Elrond himself. Elrond is conflicted to say the least.

    Regardless, an alliance must be struck. Prince Fram brings news of darkness spreading across Rhovanion which is already leaking up into Greenwood. Elrond fears it will soon reach Imladris. Once more, Elves and Men must put aside their differences and unite...or fall.

For many years she has served Gondor well and fallen in love with this magical- if at times barbaric place. Yet, all this changes when an elf she recognizes shows up. Now, she finds herself navigating the dark waters of politics whilst trying to keep both her morality and responsibilities in tact.
