There are monsters in the woods, and that’s common knowledge, but it took Badd all of his 13 years of life to know that.
Right now, he stands at the edge of the Forest, balancing his trusted wooden bat on his shoulders and glaring at a particularly ugly bent tree like it owes him money. He feels incredibly dumb for not knowing one of the most popular local urban legends. People always told him to stay away from the woods, but they never told him why. Now he knows why and now he wants to know if that 'why' is actually valid.Or: Garou is a Forest Guardian and Badd is a feral little shit that doesn't follow rules and keeps going back to the one place everyone agrees no one should go into. As a result, he gets a new friend.
