“..did you? Charles, you were 20. You’ve been talking about this guy since what? 2018?" Pierre’s tone of voice cuts into him, but not as hard as the reality of the fact he’s been the “other woman” for four years now. Four years.
Charles looks back from the window he was staring at. Earlier he had hoped he wouldn't have to look into Pierre’s eyes. Now, all he wants is some sort of sick comfort. He doesn't want to cry anymore. Pierre is already looking at him when Charles finally gets the courage to make eye contact.

Sebastian leaves. Charles knows he’ll be back, even if it always takes longer after Charles says something wrong.

Charles Leclerc has committed many crimes. The murder that sends him to prison is not one of them.
Framed, isolated from his family, and placed in the cell of Max Verstappen, Charles intends to keep his head down, draw no attention, and survive until his brothers come for him.
Unfortunately, Max takes one look at him and sees the monster beneath the mask.
Even more unfortunately, Charles looks back and sees something just as familiar.
They are two apex predators placed in the same cage. By every law of instinct, they should clash until only one of them is left standing.
Instead, the prison watches in horror as they find the concept of folie à deux, madness shared by two, in each other.

So, the Monaco Grand Prix kind of sucked. No overtaking, slow laps, longest race on the calendar—not really enjoyable to watch. SkySports wanted to make it a little more interesting for viewers, and how better to do that than bringing in some former drivers? Have them commentate, maybe reminisce about the good old days—nothing could go wrong, right?

No matter how hard he tried, he was never enough and never measured up. A lifetime of neglect had taken its toll and left him empty and bitter. When a child is abandoned by a village, he will burn it down just to feel the warmth. He knew it was wrong, but it felt so so good to chase the warmth. Once he started he couldn't stop. He was spiraling into chaos and with each escalation, he couldn't help but feel comfort in the terror he brought.
Or, Matthew unintentionally intentionally becomes a prolific serial killer, unintentionally intentionally disrupting the life of his twin brother and all his friends as he starts on a path of destruction.
