In the years following the pandemic the country became obsessed with rebuilding it's population. In the U.S. it became the law of the land that regardless of sexual orientation at age seventeen each and every American citizen would marry the spouse selected for them by the D.M.F. In order for the marriage to be legally recognized it would have to be consummated in front of witnesses on the wedding alter.
And that is why Kurt Hummel would have to lose his virginity to a total stranger in front of his friends and family.
