Summary
After a really long summer it was finally time to start packing up for the boarding school in Salem. That was the plan for the teens that lived on Glenval Cay until Sirius decided to disappear for like almost a week. It pissed Regulus off.
The whole island was pissed off. There were barely any (older) adults present besides the staff and also Cecily Rosier and Druella Black. The two sisters have been terrorizing the island and Cecily actually managed to get Rodolphus to send Pandora and Evan to that boarding school in Salem. Nobody liked it.
The island is now being controlled by some woman who barely even visited when the black-rosier girls' or the lestrange-rosier children were young. Sirius and Regulus were having their own issues which is why he wasn't worried that Sirius was gone. He knew Sirius would show up, but then Barty wanted to see Sirius' room, and they found out that the room is locked. Evan and Barty told him to break in through the window and Regulus couldn't say no.
