Summary
Kylo Ren is the head of the Costume Department for the Star Alliance Opera. Rey is his beleaguered assistant. It’s hell. She’s slowly crumbling under endless hours of work and impossible standards. Being a broke post-grad, their most recent argument is fought over the condition of Rey’s personal wardrobe and her inability to find anything appropriate for the Opening Night Gala this season. Kylo insists he’s handled the problem by making her dress himself, but has he? It just seems like he's making Rey stay late after work out of spite, for hours of fittings, alone with him.

Summary
Ben Solo does not like to be touched. He has never accepted a massage from any of the pretty young women Snoke likes to send to his changing room, white towels draped over their arms and smelling of oils and incense. Aside from a few misguided, alcohol-fueled trysts, he doesn’t remember the last time that someone has laid their hands on him outside of a movie set.
But the sweet brush of Rey’s fingers on his skin is like heaven. Ben is sure he is melting on her exam table. The firm press of her fingertips continue dragging up the cords of his neck, leaving goosebumps in their wake. He feels his lips parting gently to the cool air, trembling.
“Is this all right?” she murmurs, sugar-sweet.
“Yes,” he tries to say. He prays he didn’t let out a deep groan instead.

Ben Solo refuses to take a stunt double and pays the price when he breaks his leg filming his latest action blockbuster. Kylo Ren is running from Snoke's guys in Chicago and looking for redemption. When he spies a hot little spitfire broken down in New Mexico, he offers to help her for a lift to Vegas– and maybe something more. As heat sparks between them, can they outrun their ghosts together?

EXCERPT:
Kylo hears cursing outside the window of the diner. Cute, feminine cursing.
Pulled over on the side of the road sits a green Jeep with wood panelling, and yelling at it as if it has done something personal to her is a small slip of a girl in cut-off shorts and cowboy boots. As she stretches to reach under the hood, one long leg sticks out behind her like a ballerina on the stage.
Kylo licks his lips and tracks the length of tan, smooth skin leading up to her round ass sitting above the grill like a cupcake on a platter. Then she’s quickly back up to standing, whipping long, brown hair over her shoulder to reveal a gorgeous face cinched tight in anger.
He’s absolutely mesmerized.
