Izuku gets hit by a civilian quirk that turns him into a woman. He tries to hide it from his class as he returns to the dorms but he runs into Kirishima (and Bakugou as a result). Now yeah, its a shitty quirk to be hit by, but why is Izuku so upset? Of course, Bakugou wants to find out exactly why. Can our two dumbasses figure out their feelings while also dealing with this new quirk development??
Oh and also – Izuku was born as a female and had transitioned when he was around 6 years old so no one knows (not even his Kachaan :P), so he’s super dysphoric and that’s why he’s so upset.

Keeping their relationship a secret was a mutual decision. There seemed no benefit in announcing it, not with Kacchan’s independent debut so close and the inherent danger of being recognizable current (or former) heroes. Everyone who needed to know already knew, and in some cases, seemed to know much before they did.
Izuku regarded the declaration warily. He didn’t want a freak villain attack to upend their entire lives.

"Fucking hello?" Mina, the first one to recover, eyed her glass suspiciously and set it down. "I asked for a mocktail tonight not raw vodka."
Eijiro wiped a tear. "Our little kacchaling has grown wings."
Denki squeezed Sero's arm as tears dampened his face. Shoto also eyed his glass with suspicion. Maybe he should lay off the drinks for a while
Mina chirped. "I need to know everything on this man, stat!"
It could have been the alcohol, although Katsuki was very sure he wasn't drunk on anything but love. A smile graced his face. "Well, he hates me, for starters."
"My hero."
Katsuki shot a glare at Shoto, who looked anywhere but at him.

In which, Katsuki develops a crush on Eijiro's neighbour who seemed to want nothing to do with him. Katsuki wasn't one to give up that easily. He would date the freckled idiot so hard that he would be begging for more.
