    Summary

A simple pendant and matching bracelet completed the ensemble, and when Chris looked at himself in the mirror again, he felt…

    “Pretty.”

He said it so quietly it wasn’t even a whisper, more like an exhalation. And that was what all this came down to, in the end. It wasn’t a desire to be a woman some or all of the time, or even to look like a woman–instead, what Chris wanted was to sand down his edges, to give himself a different coat of paint. To shed the persona of the huge masculine protector with the weight of the world on his shoulders, and just exist as something else for a couple of hours every weekend. Was that so much to ask?

Evidently, because as he spun in place to watch the way the delicate skirt fell around his not-so-delicate thighs, he heard a noise that caused him to freeze like a deer caught in headlights.

A key scraping in the lock on his front door.

(AKA the one where Chris likes to wear dresses, and Leon likes Chris. A lot.)

    Summary

As Piers finally got to the fourth floor he headed down the hallway, already digging through his pocket for the keys. At first he only glanced up, but then had to do a double take as he realized something was off.

Someone was sitting on the floor next to his door. Frowning in confusion, Piers approached, cautious now. He hadn’t exactly gotten visitors here, and it took his tired brain a moment to catch on. Then something about the blond hair and the curve of that nose clicked in Piers’ brain and he stopped in his tracks a good few feet from his door. “Leon!?” he got out disbelievingly.

At that Leon looked up, letting his head fall back until it hit the wall and he could look at Piers through stray strands of hair on his face. A slow smile spread on his face, almost apologetic, and as he spoke his words were carefully slow and measured in a way that immediately gave away that he was either drunk or on drugs. “I didn’t know where else to go.”

    --
Or, Leon shows up on Piers’ doorstep, drunk and clearly hurt.

    Summary

“I ask for too much, Piers,” Leon says, and Piers rolls his eyes.

“You need a steady hand,” he corrects. His eyes are twinkling, bright and shining with mirth. He holds up his hands and wiggles his fingers around. “Luckily, I have two.”

Leon raises a brow, and Piers’s eyes flicker to his prosthetic hand.

“Usually,” he amends, lips twitching. “But I only need five fingers to make you see stars, baby,” he adds with a wink, and Leon chokes on an inelegant snort of laughter, hiding his warm face behind his hands.

Or, Leon Kennedy refuses to take care of himself, so Piers decides to do it for him. Somewhere along the way, it turns into something more.

    Summary

Grace snapped herself out of her detrimental train of thought, fingers digging into the flesh of her thighs. Swallowing past the tightness in her throat, she focused her eyes back onto Hunnigan. Before she could spiral again, Grace pushed for clarification, "I-if he's fine, then…?"

Hunnigan studied her for a few seconds, giving her time to recompose herself—almost long enough to make Grace start fidgeting—before she answered, "He's been compromised by his own instincts."

Grace blinked, taking a moment to process the sentence. Once she did, her eyes widened in disbelief. "He's—he's gone feral?"

    — or —

Grace couldn't deny that a tiny bond of some kind had formed between her and Leon during the events of Rhodes Hill and ARK, but is she really the best choice to help when Leon falls victim to his instincts?
