“Then why didn’t you tell me this before?” Palm questioned, taking a step closer to Neung. The Omega could feel the alpha’s pheromones swirling around him, adding to his stress.
“I was going to, but—” Neung tried to explain.
“But what?! Neung, are you serious? If you didn’t want to marry me, you should have told me. I could have persuaded my father. Now, after exchanging vows and going through all the marriage rituals, you’re telling me you didn’t really want to marry me? I can’t believe this,” Palm exclaimed, frustrated.
He had been so certain about marrying Neung, believing that the Omega felt the same way about him. But it seemed that wasn’t the case.

Palm and Neung found themselves in an unconventional marriage. Palm's younger brother, Night, had already wed North, sparking intense curiosity and speculation within the pack.
