Sam Campbell and Dean Winchester meet when Dean is enrolled with his younger brother, Adam, in a boarding school that trains alphas to be hunters. Adam and Dean's father, John, is a transient hunter while Sam's grandfather is a powerful official with the Federal Department of Hunters, but despite their differences, the three young boys become friends. When Dean presents unexpectedly as an omega and is expelled, his friendship with Sam is fundamentally changed. Dean goes on to be a hunter and Sam goes off to college, dropping out when his girlfriend is killed.
Now all grown up and active hunters themselves, Sam and Dean hate each other. Or do they...? One night, a hotel room, and a Lord of the Rings drinking game are about to change everything.
Dean wants to save everyone. Sam just wants to save Dean. Together they might save the world.

Summary
When Dean presented as an omega at 12 yrs old, it was the worst day of his life. Having been immediately stripped of his personal autonomy, rights, and freedom due to the misogynistic laws of his alpha-centric society, he avoided taking a mate for the next 14 yrs in an attempt to retain whatever semblance of control and remaining dregs of independence (aka, not being forced to obey an alpha husband) he had left... Now at age 27, Dean's health has been in rapid decline. Having spent every unbearable heat for the past 14 yrs completely alone, his body has become weak, sickly, frail. Fearing for her son's wellbeing, Mary Winchester makes the bold decision to marry him off to one Castiel James Novak: a wealthy, alpha lawyer from a powerful, socialite family. Castiel is everything that Dean could ever want in a partner (handsome, charming, tall, good in bed, etc.), and everything he could never want in a partner (traditional, controlling, possessive, cocky, irritating, etc.). As a result, Dean *despises* Castiel. If his husband's annoying behavior weren't enough, Dean slowly comes to the realization that Castiel is sitting on a dark secret, and he makes it his life's mission to find out just what exactly the alpha's hiding.

Summary
A/U. Omega Dean/Alpha Lucifer. Dean is a psychic who works closely with the L.A.P.D. Lucifer doesn’t believe in psychics and thinks Dean is a fraud. When he gets promoted to a sergeant, he is given his first undercover mission: infiltrate a prestigious club where omegas are mysteriously going missing. The only problem is that he’s an alpha and the selection process to get in is complicated. Rumor has it it’s easy if you have an omega with you. Lucifer is not happy when he meets his omega partner.

Dean took a shaky, deep breath, as he got on the bed. He could do this. Just fucking man up. He shrugged off his jacket and grabbed the end of his tee shirt. He looked up to see his reflection staring back at him, and with one swift motion, took off his shirt. There were long ugly scars running up and down both of his arms. He tried to look away, still not comfortable seeing himself naked. A strong hand gripped his jaw tightly causing Dean to freeze in place.
“Ah, ah, Deano. What did I say about looking away?” the man’s nasal voice seemed to slither around Dean like a snake. The omega shivered. “Your beauty needs an audience.” He carded his fingers through Dean’s hair softly.
“Alastair,” Dean moaned.
