“Hide that,” he says, forcing the words out past every instinct. “As well as you can, all right? Before morning.”
Steve stares at him blankly, like he needs a moment to work this out, then swallows once, sharply. "What's your name?" he asks at last—asks as he stands there with the pelt in his hands.
And oh, he thinks suddenly, what is his name? He can’t speak it, not with this mouth, he can’t sing it into the air like he can in the ocean. He just shakes his head; like his nakedness, it’s something he can't explain. Steve nods, just nods, his eye swelling shut and blood drying on his shirt collar, and says "we’ll figure it out."
(An AU where Bucky is a young selkie who is accidentally called to Steve and ends up staying around to help this poor, wretched kid not die.)

Summary
"Why're you awake, huh?"
Kirishima turns around, his sweet paws padding over Bakugou's legs in the most gentle way and then he's facing Bakugou whose lips twitch. He slides his hands up Kirishima's fur and behind his ears, scratching gently in what he hopes is good and it's elating when Kirishima yaps, smiling in his doggily jagged and adorable way. He sticks out his tongue and licks Bakugou's face excitedly, making Bakugou lean away and wrinkle his nose. The dog seems to frown, before he licks Bakugou's face again but much gentler and less sloppily, like 'sorry for licking you, here's an apologetic lick'.
Bakugou rolls his eyes, muttering, "Now I know why no-one can get mad at you dogs," as he presses a kiss into Kirishima's coat. It's still the softest thing in the world.
in which Bakugou gets a beautiful dog hybrid (for a Christmas present so late that it can double up as a birthday present) from an unknown source, and falls deliriously in love.

Summary
Eijiro sits down with a giddy smile, a pile of puppies immediately yapping and running to play with Eijiro’s pants-- despite the fact that Katsuki was the one who had treats.
“Hi, little babies!”
Eijiro chuckles as they begin to lick his face, trying his best to keep himself upright as the dogs run up from his chest to his shoulders.
“Hi! Oh hi! You guys are so excited! Hello!”
Katsuki can’t help himself, grabbing his phone out to take a picture of Eijiro’s big grin and the group of excited puppies attacking his face.
--OR--
Katsuki and Eijiro go to the animal shelter to play with puppies.
