The kid lets out the happiest squeal they could have ever imagined coming from such a person, and throws his arms around the ex-Arcobaleno’s neck, barely connected his hands, and squeeze tightly. Fon lets out a delightful laugh, swaying the little Hibari gently around. They seems to be in a happy dance, too entranced in each other’s presence to be embarrassed at the blatant show of emotion.
“Oh!” the kid exclaims suddenly “if you are bigger now, can you teach me how to fly?”

Summary
Trafalgar Law is newly twenty, revisiting his pirate career after seven years of lackluster retirement. So far, in the months he's been sailing the North Blue under the flag of the Heart Pirates, he's mostly stuck to stealing supplies from Marines and building up his practical experience in practicing medicine.
One particular island, with it's fifty year history of an uncurable, reoccurring plague, a rumored curse and lost treasure, Law considers it a worthwhile diversion.
However, the ending might not play out exactly how Law initially planned, as a man with a familiar face shows up to throw his world into chaos.

Which made sense because Calypso knew an Emperor had no reason to be on a rookie crew's submarine. But that did not explain why the other looked so much like Red Haired Shanks.
Shamrock was not sure why his Father had allowed Bonney to live when she was a bastard child with Figarland blood running through her veins. Her survival, however, meant that he could get to know her. Could bond with a potential sibling that did not renounce him the moment he met him like Shanks had done. The problem was, that she was dying and Vegapunk was an option Shamrock had no wish to pursue. Fortunately for him, the Ope-Ope no Mi's user was no longer lost.
Law would just want to know why he is suddenly being kidnapped by someone bearing an uncanny resemblance to an Emperor of the Sea.

“What?” Cora-san immediately startled back, barely missing a beat as he tripped and fell on his ass. “Law, of course you’re free,” he said, face and voice much softer now. Except what he said wasn't true, not if he couldn't ask these questions. Not if he couldn't know why it was his life had to be like this.
“Then I want to know!” snapped. “I want to know the Will of D. and I’m going to find out.”
There was a moment where all he did was glare at a stunned looking Cora-san. At least since he fell he didn’t have to look up at him. He didn’t have to look down either, because even sprawled on the ground the tall asshole could meet his eyes.
And then suddenly, that shocked expression twisted into a downright sappy smile.
“Well, how am I supposed to say no to that face?”

"I came after you to save you! You fell from the bridge, was I supposed to just let you?"
"You bafoon!" The former prince reached out, grabbing Fandral's free wrist, "Yes! You were supposed to let me go! Now we're both Norns knows where! Thor will hunt me down in the afterlife, wailing about how I killed his friend."
