A.Z. Fell and Co. is recommended as a local London bookshop on a Reddit post. Chaos ensues when someone actually takes the recommendation and goes there, only to find that:
1. They don't get to buy books

Summary
Because Sirius knew that no matter how many times or how hard he sobbed, crying only meant dark rooms with locked doors. Crying only meant slaps to the palms and scornful looks, and those only meant silenced whimpers and aches in his chest.
Crying was no longer a sign of the weak, nor was it a sign of love. Crying was a sign of nothing.
For Sirius knew that despite all his wealth and popularity and fashionable clothes, he'd still have nothing for him when he cried. He was still the same eight-year-old boy who had nothing and no one.
So when Sirius cries again, almost a decade later and now no longer a child, he panics.

And sooner or later, he finds himself picturing and writing about wanting a future with Merlin - a future where Merlin agrees with run off with Arthur to a small, remote village.
He's got it all written out - Arthur would feed the chickens and Merlin would pluck the berries they planted. They'd grow carrots and wheat and maybe even keep bees. They'd lean on each other and kiss as the sun sets.
Arthur would love Merlin, and Merlin would love him back.

Summary
Because Arthur is all laughing with friends and doing sports and having girls faint at his feet, and Merlin is just Merlin. Arthur has no real reason to associate with Merlin after this, so Merlin just lifts his bag and sits next to some girl with brown hair as he silently mourns his silly little crush on the football captain.
Only, it doesn't end there.

Summary
Merlin doesn’t do it again, at least not for a while. It was understandable, especially after Arthur reacted so drastically at his first attempt at closeness, but Arthur still couldn’t help but spend another few sleepless nights regretting his reaction.
Because he was the prince of Camelot, and if Merlin - irresponsible, reckless, sarcastic Merlin - wasn’t willing to touch him, then no one was.
So when the second time came - when Merlin, most likely without thinking (“when does he ever think?”), went in for a hug, Arthur hugged back.
