Summary
At Jas’ request, Penny puts up flyers around town for a book club to meet on Sundays. She expects it to really only be herself and Jas, perhaps Vincent if Jodi insists, but instead finds herself meeting with Haley. It’s a bit stressful, a little strange, and she’s not sure how she feels. How could they even relate to each other?
Haley, on the other hand, knows she might seem more suited for a regular club than a book club. But she swears she’s not! She does actually like reading. Promise. She’s never talked to Penny much before, though. Hopefully it won’t be too weird and she’ll even get to read a good book out of the deal.
