Heather sat consoling Courtney after their time in Greece. She didn't think she had ever seen the girl so upset. Two teammates fighting wasn't an ideal situation, especially when said teammates were the semi-finalists of season 1 and… Courtney.
Whether she liked it or not, Courtney was a valuable asset in her team. Not that Heather would ever give up her unnoficial-official status as leader, but Courtney was no slob when it came to strategy. Losing her on her team could be very bad for the Amazons, more importantly Heather. There was a built-in alliance in Gwen and Cody and Cody and Sierra that she didn't dare interfere with. That left her with 0 allies, especially when it finally came time for merge.
