“Iwa,” Oikawa gasped, looking up at him with a fear in his eyes that sent an uncomfortable shiver down Iwaizumi’s spine. In all his life, he had never seen Oikawa look so terrified. “Oh, god, you’re safe. I mean, of course you’re safe— you’re home but... They’re everywhere but I don’t know what’s happening--”
He was barely listening to whatever the fuck Oikawa was trying to tell him because nothing he was saying was explaining why he was covered in blood and that was kind of Iwaizumi’s focus right now because there was just so much of it.

Six hours by train is nothing when October smells like roasted kabocha and the person waiting at the end of the ride kisses like home. Suna treks from Shizuoka to Hyogo for a night of lantern-lit festivals, haunted house hissing (he doesn’t scream, okay), pumpkin carving, alongside miso-kabocha soup and cocoa. Spooky szn never felt so warm.

Summary
With Demise gone the next step for humanity was to return and flourish on the surface where it belonged. Zelda, honored and determined, steps up to lead such an ambitious project and oversee everything from start to finish. It's been a gradual process, and about half of Skyloft's population has now moved to the surface, however, Zelda starts doubting herself when one difficulty after another begins to arise, to the point that everyone's wellbeing is endangered. Overwhelmed and stressed, Zelda wonders whether she really has what it takes to continue leading her people.
