Summary
Tommy doesn't have powers. The rest of his family do. They treat him like a child who is incapable of doing anything. So when he suddenly gains an ability after an attack on a mall that may have not been what it seemed, he does the only logical thing and doesn't tell his family. Instead, he decides to become a vigilante with the help of his friends.

Summary
