Summary
Jungkook's mother's experiences at Hogwarts as a Muggleborn during the First Wizarding War negatively shaped her opinion of the Wizarding World, leading her to separate herself from it after graduation, living as a Muggle and practicing magic in secret. After Jungkook shows signs of being magical, she begins plans to reintegrate her family into wizarding society, taking steps to ensure they'll never be at the mercy of purebloods again. As a result, she makes all the major decisions in Jungkook's life, including the courses he takes at Hogwarts and his job after graduation. The Jeon family runs a large Muggle technology company, and she sees an opportunity to gain power and influence by allying with a Wizarding family specialized in magical artefacts. To seal this alliance, she offers Jungkook's hand in marriage as a term of the partnership contract. Will Jungkook continue to be an obedient son, carrying out his family's wishes, or will this be the last straw, forcing him to finally seek out his own path in life?
