Summary
after running away from her mother, Momo finds herself in the crossfire of a grand attack the vampires had planned. While still in tears a swarm of Vampires flies past her, knocking her away and into a tree where she soon passes out from the impact and resulting heavy concussion, not noticing the bite mark on her neck. Seeing this, and having heard the music from the music box, Fine takes her and the box to carry her and the music box to the Dacha.
In other words it's my interpretation of what could have happened if Momo was bitten by a vampire at the grand attack of ep1, and Fine took her in without knowing that Momo got bitten. It will present Fine with what could have been if that was Aria. Maybe this is a second chance, or a whole new chapter in her long life as a vampire.
