"Alright, shortstack. What's going on?" Katsuki asks, settling them both down on the couch.
"Okay." Izuku takes another lungful of his mate's scent. "Um, remember I mentioned this morning that I was going to see the doctor? For that, uh, flu that’s been going around?"
"Yeah, you've been all pukey and tired and shit. Why? What'd the doc say?" There's a furrow between blond eyebrows and Izuku resists the urge to straighten it.
"Well. Good news is, I don’t have the flu.” And before Kacchan can speak, “I'm not sick at all actually."
He pauses, steeling himself for the next part but the words suddenly seem stuck in his throat. A quick glance at his husband shows that Kacchan has that particular look in his eyes. His husband isn't dumb. Quite the opposite actually and right now Izuku can see those gears turning in real time, slowly piecing the clues together.
"You're not sick." Katsuki says, "but you are something..?"

Summary
In the Pack's eyes, Katsuki was a talented and promising young werewolf, favored by All Might, the Pack's Alpha himself. But, behind the curtains, Katsuki was getting worse. His inner beast was louder each day and got harder to control. He was quick to anger. He became a perfectionist. He wasn't lucky enough to be an orphan, always under pressure.
His only respite came in the form of his best friend, Deku. They were always there for each other. The only thing he needed to get over a bad day was to hear Deku’s laugh, or smell his fresh scent, or get lost in his beautiful green eyes. But for how much longer would that be enough?
Katsuki was a time-bomb, and the timer was running out.

“For fuck's sake,” Kacchan groaned, rubbing his hands over his face. “Tell me you remember something about last night.”
Izuku shut his eyes against another wave of nausea and tried to focus.
What he got were bits and pieces.
Floaty laughter and loud music. Bitter alcohol that numbed his tongue.
Fingers carding through his hair.
Kacchan’s furious: “If you don’t get out of this fucking car—!”
Shattering glass.
Kacchan breathing hard while Izuku straddled him, pulled his hair, and grazed his teeth along his neck.
Izuku gasped and covered his mouth, eyes bulging when they finally met Kacchan’s glare.

Summary
Pro-hero Katsuki and Teacher Izuku are two adults now, who rightfully aim and still strive towards their goals.
However, they also still remain senseless idiots from highschool.
With Katsuki’s rash displays of anger (which have matured for sure, but still rocky) and Izuku’s bad habits (which is MUMBLING, not drugs - my word!) and newfound insecurity, how will these two navigate life - especially with lingering feelings and unresolved tension to be unraveled.
Seriously, someone check on class 1-a?! so much unresolved trauma..or
two idiots looooove eachother, and class 1a is a cutesy family with issues bc they were CHILD SOLDIERS?!?!??
also im planning for this to be LENGTHYYYY
fyi: some chapters will not have katsuki in them, but he will be likely mentioned.. this is a slow burn and a lot of the pacing in this is surrounded by izuku’s friendships with his classmates!!’ if u enjoy found family, youll like this :D
