Summary
What if Doctor Stephen Strange was born 25 years earlier and became the Sorcerer Supreme and was Chosen by the Time Stone?
What if Dr Strange knew all the constants and variables that must take place in the Universe?
What if he falls in love with Tony Stark before they even meet?
And what happens if the Universe lets Tony Stark meet with Stephen Strange even before he goes to Afghanistan?
Those are the questions that this story seeks to answer. Be warned, and it is a long, long journey. But at the end of it all, will Dr Strange find that in fact, Love Does Conquer All?
Or is Amor Vincit Omnia just a pretty sentiment?

Summary
Again, a chuckle echoes. But not from the voices in his head. They don't sound like that. The mockery is missing from this small, almost inaudible sound. It seems forced, as if the one making it is trying to maintain a role he's not eager to play. Opening his eyes slowly, Tony's blurred vision focuses on an all-too-familiar silhouette standing over him.
"...Come to see me die?" he asks, a tight, wry smile creeping over his frozen face.
"That was the plan, Stark," Loki smirks down at him, though his arms remain rigidly crossed, and his smile looks forced as hell.
Well, this is... unexpected, to say the least. Perhaps even more unexpected than the fact that one of his closest friends has just driven a weapon through his chest.
