Bitzer was a sheepdog. Overworked, too attached to his whistle, and who only wanted to keep the peace in a place that was always in the opposite state of it. Shaun was the newest addition to the farm. With his leather jacket and constant pursuit of chaotic fun, he made it clear from day one that he wasn’t just another sheep of the bunch.
They simply weren’t meant to get along.

With a situation so out-of-a-novel like that, how could one not be but a little infatuated?

He didn't mean for it to happen. When Shaun started with the superhero plan, it was supposed to be a game, one of the many shenanigans that happened in the span of a week, just that.
But he committed the mistake of talking to Bitzer while wearing his mask.
And now he doesn't know what to do with the shine that appears on his friend's eyes every time the hero is there, neither why he keeps trying to see more of that.
