Summary
Dennis Winchester spent the majority of his childhood in the shadow of his father John, with his older brothers doing the best they could to protect him. When Dennis was disowned for wanting to go to med school, Dennis was determined to prove him wrong and show that his degree could be useful as a hunter. Yet the more he worked at the Pitt, the less he wants to return to his hunter life.
When his brothers are arrested on national TV, alerting law enforcement to a potential third Winchester Brother, Dennis' life is turned upside down. Not only does he have to contend with his past forcing its way back into his life, he has two attendings on his heels and a deal with a demon to break.
Life as a Winchester was never easy, and despite how hard he tried, a hunter's life is impossible to run away from permanently.

Summary
Twenty minutes into his shift, Jack finds his Little Dennis crying in the lounge. He's supposed to be at Trinity's. He's clearly not.
"“Hey mouse,” Jack coos without a second thought, lowering himself into a squat, one hand on a chair so he wouldn’t lose his balance. “What’s going on, Dennis? What happened?”
Dennis blinks at him as if he’s a mirage. His breathing is ragged and when realization sets in - (whether it’s the good kind of Dada’s here or the someone is witnessing this kind, Jack isn’t sure yet) - he starts sobbing, with loud hiccups in between."
