It's Dyle's first experience of the Christmas event; he's finally able to have a moment to wind down from his tiring and, frankly, repetitive as well as lonely job. More importantly, he has the rare opportunity to spend time with other toons.
He adjusts to the new environment and holiday preparations, as well as meeting the new toons— but he spots one that looks... Thematically different from the rest.

If you had asked Ana why she was awake at two in the morning, she wouldn’t have been able to give you a straight answer.
The night is dreary and the Watchpoint is dire, cloaked in midnight as emergency lights and low-burning candles split through the darkness. It leaves much to be desired, to be imagined. Ana doesn't particularly mind though. If anything, she quite enjoys the gloominess of it all, a hum on her lips as she brings her cup of personally brewed green tea up to the same.
