Most of the Sinners are upset, but Ryōshū especially is unsatisfied. She wants her promised wish fulfilled, and Dante wants to stay alive in the hostile City now that they've lost the protection of both Limbus Company and the 'flow' itself.
To wish upon an artificial star, one must first light it. Through Ryōshū's reckless doing so, Dante leads what remains of LCB down a very, very different path.

Summary
Kurourushi was a Special Grade cursed spirit who served as a brief antagonist during Jujutsu Kaisen’s Culling Game arc. By the time Yuta Okkotsu had appeared, it had managed to obtain, what was it, 54 points? It, despite being a curse, had been a player powerful enough to force a stalemate between itself and three top-tier reincarnated sorcerers, until Yuta had exorcised it with the power of love or some shit, only for it to come back, and get exorcised again by Ryu’s high-output Biden Blast.
A strong antagonist for sure, and despite the internet rage at the time, they personally thought the cockroach curse had made a pretty interesting fight, and had possibly one of the most dangerous cursed techniques shown by a cursed spirit in the entire manga. That said, you would never catch them wishing to be a FUCKING COCKROACH.
Funny how things played out, wasn't it.

When she sees her fellow Chaos God looking so feminine, her desire takes over her thinking, and she expends plenty of her power to place her Mark on the now femboy looking Tzeentch, doing her best to make it impossible for him to change from that feminine form. This obviously makes the Chaos God of Change quite incensed.
In this universe most of everyone is monster girls or Genderbent, including the Chaos Gods and the God Emperor. And a bunch of other Gods as well. And Tyranids. Necrons. You get the idea.

Denji dies after having eaten Makima to become one with her and expects oblivion. Instead, he awakens, small, wordless in a world he is not familiar with and should not exist in.
A fog clouds his memories, letting only pieces slip through one by one: blood on his hands, screams that never stop, the sound of a chainsaw tearing through muliple flesh. None of it makes sense in this new life, nor does it ever make him belong.
No matter where he turns, misery trails behind him as if cursed for eternity, cursed to not be able to outrun the fate carved into his skin in blood—not in this life, not in any.
