Summary
Nobody could have guessed that the end was only the start of a new beginning. Nobody, including the girl who was now seconds away from reaching the last chapter of her current life: You.
It had been a fairly normal day; wake up, go to whatever few classes you had, eat lunch with your friends, and then go back to your room to study and start the cycle over again. Only a couple of months from now and you'd be graduating with your degree and starting your adult life, which thinking about it now made the distracted driver hurtling your way seem like a cruel joke.
That was how you died.
Or, at least it was, until you found yourself alive and breathing again. And in the world of an anime, no less! Your second life, a life of endless possibilities and one to fulfill your deepest desires, had landed you in an anime. No castles filled with endless wealth nor fame beyond compare was waiting for you beyond the pearly gates, it seemed. No, instead you'd be fighting to survive among your fellow classmates... And yet you'd come to find that you wouldn't have it any other way.

Summary
Vigilantism was on the rise, and at the forefront of this resurgence were the Ghosts. The most feared vigilante group across Japan, entire criminal organizations wiped out overnight with the villains neatly delivered to the police in the morning. These red-gloved criminals were impossible to track, disappeared right in front of you, and worst of all, did the heroes' job for them. It was a bad look, and the Commission wanted them off the map before they became national news.
Aizawa was only trying to help out his friend, he didn't want the headache.
Until that headache proved to very clearly be a child, and suddenly the headache was all he could focus on.
They went by many names; Kenji, Ghost, Kid, Fuji if they were feeling independent. They were a ghost in more ways than one, and they liked it that way. They had a curse, a curse they promised they would see to the end.
But when they lose everything and begin to spiral down a dark path, will they turn to the outstretched hand of an underground hero? A hero they wanted nothing more than to hate?
Can Aizawa show this kid there is more to life than death?
Or:
Aizawa sees a traumatized vigilante and says “mine.”
