The bunny leans on a picture frame now and Vi recognizes the photo within. It’s of herself and Caitlyn during her last birthday. Roughly two years after she was broken out of Stillwater. Caitlyn would never let her end up back there. So then why—
A soft hand cups her cheek and brings her attention forward again. As reality fades back in completely, she finds Caitlyn in front of her. The eye not covered by her eyepatch has turned bloodshot and her neck is squeezed between Vi’s fingers. Vi releases her immediately and scrambles backwards.
“No. No no no no no,” she breathes.

Vi blinked at Caitlyn, the words ringing in her ears as she shook her head, clearly hearing things. “You mean like, to fake a hookup? I don’t think they’ll fall for that.”
Caitlyn frowned, taking a sip of her coffee. “Why would we fake it?”
Ekko challenges Vi to completing a perfect week, in which she has to sleep with the first woman she flirts with every night for a week straight. Cait offers to help her out if things go south. (Things go south.)

“Can you rub my tummy?” Caitlyn’s baby blue eyes looked at Vi, pleading. Caitlyn was an excellent shot but her puppy dog eyes were just as dangerous of a weapon as her rifle. The request had Vi scrambling to shift positions on the couch, pulling Caitlyn up into her lap.
