Katsuki is a trans man and transitioned a bit after he and Izuku stopped talking, but Izuku doesn't know it and just thinks his old bully had a brother this whole time, and Katsuki is too scared to say anything since that could their relationship.

The title is a play on the words as "Placing The Blame" is a song that has the lyrics "Are you man enough? Are you man enough to take the blame for this?", and Katsuki has to choose whether or not he'll take accountability for his past self's actions + Bakugo's trans so sometimes he doesn't feel like he's "man enough".

It's the middle of the night and Katsuki's laying on his bed, asking himself how long he'll be able to keep living this lie. Well, it's not like he had a choice - or at least that's what he told himself.

Bakugou Katsuki has two loving boyfriends, a decent apartment, and is finally settled after years of mental turmoil surronding the green-haired kid he bullied as a child. Now dating said kid as well as said kids dissociated friend, he's finally feeling apart of something, like he belongs. He even gets the chance to dip his toes into some more disability activism through a panel he's invited to by another friend- and hey, look at him making friends!- which is an exciting oppurtunity to share his story.
Things are good. Life is good. He wish it would just stay that way.

Summary
Bakugou Katsuki never thought he’d see Midoriya Izuku again. Which was fine by him. Deku had moved away in elementary school and Katsuki quickly moved on, his own high school years turning tumultuous as he adjusted suddenly to becoming disabled and an ambulatory wheelchair user. Now, as an adult, Katsuki only reflects on Deku occasionally- mostly with regret with how he treated him growing up. But that’s all Deku is- a face from his past, and so is the kid Katsuki used to be. He never expected to be confronted with Deku again.
But all of a sudden green hair shows back up in his life and Katsuki realizes he has a lot more of his past to unpack then he thought he did.
