“Prince Donghyuck!” A man near the front shouts, opening his arms and kneeling in the presence of the king and his newborn son. The woman’s mate jumps down awkwardly from the table as the crowd begins to follow suit, cramping themselves together to pay their respects.
“It’s him!” She gasps, clutching the woman’s hands tightly as they stumble to their knees on the hard marble floors of the main hall, shoulder to shoulder with her fellow royal staff and townspeople alike. She smiles bright-eyed as the other looks on in anticipation, “He has one pale eye!”
“Oh, gods,” the woman finally whispers shakily, tears beginning to form in her eyes, “It’s finally time, it’s us! It has to be! With our Renjun—!”Donghyuck was born with many blessings, and one curse.

Summary
Seungmin has forced himself to let go of impossibilities, sticking to taking life one step at a time, no matter how mundane. Even if his mundane task of the month is watching his aunt's gaudy witch-themed gift shop.
Minho has spent his life as a witch being blessed with visions he never asked for, senses he wishes he could turn off, and an overbearing coven that will never see him as more than a rarity within their possession. Now, there’s talk of an outsider coven coming to town.
Seungmin meets his aunt's regular, Minho, one day, discovers witches are real, and learns to open his heart back up. (In that order.)

Summary
“Kim Seungmin,” Lee Minho says, or rather, demands (because when it comes to Seungmin, Minho rarely, if ever, says anything). “I love you.”
Hyunjin, who’s seated beside him on the sofa, chokes and starts coughing up a spit ball. Jeongin, on Hyunjin’s other side, lets out a strangled noise akin to a cat giving birth and loses his grip on the TV remote, which goes skittering across the floor.
Seungmin blinks, unsure if he should play along or inform Minho that he never agreed to a hidden camera prank, especially during off-work hours.
“Good evening to you too, hyung,” he finally says, choosing to do neither. “Can you hand me the remote?”
(or, minho tells seungmin that he loves him. it takes seungmin six months to say it back.)

Summary
It was a bit like this. Minho was peeling open a mandarin orange and offering sweet little slices, but there just weren’t enough slices to go around. And Seungmin didn’t need it anyways—not the way that some of the others did—and Minho knew that. Wanting was a different matter. If it was about wanting, then Seungmin wanted the whole orange.
