He takes a few steps closer and takes Blade’s jaw in his hand, thumb presses against his cheek until he opens his mouth. Two fingers are pushed inside and presses down on his tongue. Blade gives his head a shake to get free, but a hand in his hair keeps him close.
The fingers press deeper down his throat, triggering his gag reflex. “Count,” Ashveil demands. At first Blade protests by biting on the intrusion. Ashveil raises an eyebrow, but the other ignores it.
Then Ashveil brings his lips close to Blade’s ear. “Behave, or I have to punish you.” He pulls back, but the teeth around his fingers don’t let go, so he sets his own teeth against Blade’s neck and bites.

Ashveil: “If I’d known you were such a magnet for trouble back when you came to the Zhuming begging for a sword, I would’ve dragged you out of the forge and drafted you into my crew myself, tied up if necessary.”
Dan Heng: “...And that’s the situation. Blade’s getting restless because of Shuhu’s flesh. I need to stay here and keep him from losing complete control.”My take on what should have happened after they said this :)
