A very naked man with gold eyes, claws, fangs, and silver ears atop his head.

    After the inevitable reveal of Jaskier's Viper-ness, many of Kaer Morhen inhabitants had questions abut Jaskier's unbringing. This was problematic because:

    a) He would rather avoid the topic for as long as humanly possible.
    b) it was winter, which meant that dramtically throwing himself out of windows to avoid difficult conversations wouldn't be a good idea.
    c) Jaskier still wasn't sure exactly how stable his and Geralt's newly-established relationship was, and he wasn't willing to destroy everything they had because of all the (very) horrible things he'd done in his (extremely) long life.

    But after a run-in with someone from Jaskier's past, and the panic-ridden manhunt that follows, Jaskier's families find themselves closer than ever - for better, or for worse.
