Summary
Link Yuuki can’t be the capital-h Hero. He’s just a teenage boy who’s pretty good at swinging a sword around. Some might point out that the hero is traditionally silent and stoic, and so is he - but he’d retort that magically having his voice removed wasn’t his choice, and anyway those who can read his frenetic signing would definitely not call him stoic. He helps people, but not out of some innate sense of justice or anything - he’s just in the right place at the right time, or just following orders.
Link Stoddard has to be the Hero. Ever since her grandmother had told her her first hero story, she’d been hooked. So what if the heroes generally used swords and she preferred her crossbows? Archers could be heroes, too. So what if the heroes were generally silent and stoic and she was boisterous and talkative? It’s not like there’s a rule disqualifying chatterboxes from heroism.
So what if she was a girl and all the previous heroes had been boys?
And as the Hero's Legend begins once again, the actions of these two Links will throw Hyrule and all of the lands into a chaotic maelstrom of swords, treasures, and trials...

Over the course of one week, Midoriya Izuku sees his childhood friend turned bully face consequences for his actions, gets appreciated for his skills, acquires a boyfriend that sits right in front of him, realizes that his grumpy homeroom teacher is actually on his side, and tells Aizawa Shouta the truth about One for All.
All of that information, however? It's happening in the background. Follow our hero: Aizawa Shouta aka Eraserhead. Over the course of the same week, Aizawa looks into his Problem Child and his many contradictions in order to not see Midoriya Izuku and Bakugou Katsuki paired together for their upcoming final exam.
During this time, Aizawa learns things he should have known from the start, talks to a lot of people, drinks so much hot chocolate, loves his husband, feeds his cat, gets a shocking six hours of sleep, reflects on his past, and learns the truth about a legend passed through underground heroics for decades.
