   Summary

   It was hard to gander how long Grace was on Erid when Simon came along. He could try measuring it out using the Earth’s Gregorian calendar like he did on the Hail Mary, but that’s when he still had a “lights out” timer and didn’t live on a planet with a very different yearly calendar. Teaching little eridians has forced him to adapt to their schedule more than his.

   Where was he going with this?

   Right! Simon.

   He still hadn’t met him yet.

    

   Or Rocky and other eridians find a wormhole and then an injured human man! They bring him to Erid and quarantine him to get him nice and healthy, but slowly find out he’s much different than their beloved science teacher.

   Summary

   Tom Ryder knows damn well why Ry stopped showing up one day, why he stopped answering his calls. His stunt man walked in on him with his brother one time and suddenly no more Ry, didn't take a genius to work that out. Why else would Ry have left him, or blocked his number. Luckily, he's got the perfect plan to make it all right again.
   He wasn't expecting the bodyguard.

   Summary

   When Grace gets seemingly teleported by means unknown into the SM-13 right as it was nearing The Light, both Simon and Grace have no idea what is happening. Grace knows he was supposed to be in his house on Erid, Simon knows this new guy cannot possibly be a hallucination, and Ava, upon hearing Grace ramble about theories for how he got there, knows that new guy is Smart. Could-Secure-Our-Survival Smart.
   She orders Simon to bring Grace back to the surface, and thus begins Grace's ordeal in a starless universe.
